"Our family stayed here for one night before catching an early morning train. The staff was very cooperative and helped arrange a wake-up call so we wouldn’t miss our train. The room was comfortable and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and organised. It was a simple but pleasant stay."

"Food was terrible, buffet was so bad now I am sick. They only serve half cup of coffee or Indian tea. The hotel is located in very bad area, red light area and beggars. Cannot rest, day time is very noisy with cars, 3 wheeler and at night dogs are barking."

"The rooms and coordoors smelled of smoking and it shows as no smoking hotel. There was no hot water, tv and room phone did not work. In the morning at 5 am they told me they did not charge for the room, I give a credit card to charge to and there matchiine did not work they asked me to pay cash.. I dis not had that much rupees and I end up pay in Canadian dollars "
