Toilets stink when you use them. There are sockets that complies with universal plugin to charge laptops or phones. No USB charging points. No coffee makers in the room. Nuts and biscuits kept on table right next complimentary water bottles confusing and billed if they are used.

The staff bent over backwards to make my stay a pleasant one. Its in a central location and within walking distance of good shops and restaurants. If you can cope with the amount of people who stop you in the street to try and sell you something. As a woman, don't go out alone. Considering this is listed as a 5 star hotel I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the rooms and the hotel in general. It is in need of a serious makeover. Hotel is dated with very out dated communication connections. Very old style phones, no USB points. Whilst clean the beds were very uncomfortable too. Consider this more of a 3/4 star hotel in the international world.
