Doesn’t Match the Pictures

The male staff on duty was phenomenal! They were very helpful, very courteous, very prompt. I hate when they take pictures of a model hotel room and then the hotel room you get is not as clean, or as updated. I think my definition of a three star versus Hotels.com‘s definition of a three star hotel is a little bit off. However, it did the job. I flew in late, spent the night, was out the next morning. It served its purpose

Awesome place

Professional and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk and room service like in 3 star hotel. I left my suitcases then drop at railway station The most important is that I was feeling very safe with this place. Compared to other hotels in neighbourhood this is brilliant.

Stay away

As a world traveler and regular user of chain hotels, every so often I try a lesser known brand. This was a disaster. Spent one night and moved out the next day. The hotel is located in a slum. The area has people sleeping on the street across from it and amazingly, the hotel personnel sleeping on pallets in the lobby at night. Nothing of interest in the neighborhood. Completely commercial and unsafe.
