「Facilities and staff are good, underground car park is safe and big, only the location is not excellent because the road to city centre looks not so safe.」

「The service was excellent, but the soundproofing was very poor. At 8:30 AM, there was construction noise, and the next morning, it started even earlier at 7:30 AM. This affected our rest.」

「Close to metro station, supermarket and restaurant. Clean and quiet place to stay.」

Alles netjes schoon. Dame achter de receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden iets eerder inchecken wat erg fijn...

「I request a higher floor , and hotel staff can also help us to bring the luggage to 1st floor for the lift. They are helpful . 」

「fantastic hotel, cozy room, helpful receptionist and technician as the room door couldn't lock properly. many nice restaurants nearby and close to tram station.」

「Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」

「Breakfast is good. Atmosphere is relaxed.」
