環境優美,令人心身舒暢。 交通方面,要在聖淘沙Beach站,轉B車免費巴士,大約15分鐘左右到。酒店有免費巴士到聖聖沙多個景點,終站到怡豐城。 清潔度都可以。 早餐很好,新鮮美味。

The staff , especially breakfast area, are attentive. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. However the location is a bit far away from the main area in Sentosa and either you’ll have to wait for shuttle bus (every 30 mins) or take a cab. Also the shuttle bus service is only between vivo city and hotel. While you can ask the driver to let you get off at the waterfront station, there is no shuttle to go back at the same place.

The rollaway bed was uncomfortable. In the first day, the TV was set to "audio off" and "brightness zero" by the previous tenant. It made the TV look like there was no signal. The coffee machine and the fridge sat inside a big piece of furniture housing. It has a big, heavy cover which is supported by a pair of hydraulic jacks. They did not function in our first day. The cover fell down like a guillotine after holding for about five minutes. It happened three times and we had to call the repairman.

Good facilities. Staffs not anticipate.
I like the environment and facilities. But generally, the staffs are not well trained and not anticipated. Have bad experience with their service teams in SPA. However, I respect their bell boy team who are sincere and welcome. Recommend their senior bell boys teams to train their other staffs.

遠離Resort World of Sentosa (名勝世界),令你有舒適悠閒的假期。
酒店環境寧靜、舒服,很有度假的感覺。我們在網上訂購酒店房,顯示是一張King size大床,兩張單人床,原本以為是在同一房內放置3張床,想不到是給了我們相連房(兩間房),兩個孩子(9歲、14歲)開心到不得了,因他們有自己的空間,又可選自己喜歡的電視節目。 房間清潔、開揚。每天大約下午5:30會送來小點,有朱古力、cookies、cake,好美味,份量雖不多,但這貼心安排,很值得一讚! 此外,酒店內隨處可見孔雀,我們經常見到孔雀開屏,而且牠們也不怕人,可以在走廊與你並行。酒店內設有腳Spa,你放雙腳在池內,數十條小魚努力地清潔你雙腳,最重要是免費的。酒店早餐款式多,味道好,值得一嚐! 酒店有免費來回shuttle bus 去 Vivocity,20分鐘車程(不入名勝世界),很快捷、方便。如要去名勝世界,也可乘搭此shuttle bus,5分鐘車程,不過只有去程,沒有回程。如要由名勝世界返回酒店,可選擇搭的士(S$8.2)、搭sentosa express(免費)去beach station,之後搭Bus B(免費)回酒店、或到beach station後步行回酒店(20-25分鐘),所以去名勝世界方便,但回程就有點轉折。 酒店內有泳池,可是較小,且較深,所以仔仔游了一次,就不游了。 可能不是近名勝世界,所以沒有那麼多華人,通常多是外國人。

Hotel room was rather gloomy/insufficient lighting, in the room was too cold on the first night, security chain on our door was broken, we asked the maintenance/ front desk to check for us but got no response. Maintenance could be better for just a 2 year old hotel. However the surroundings and environment is nice, especially the pool.

Beautiful luxury resort.
We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay bit longer. Comfortably luxury resort in peaceful setting. The kids liked peacocks in the resort.

Advantage is the hotel have a relaxing envirnoment and quite close to the beach, around 10 min walking distance. Disadvantages are quite far away from resort world, if u want to go out for dinner and need to take taxi back to hotel, it takes min 30 min to wait taxi. Also cleanliness is only fair, have little small ants in the rooms.

空間寬敞,環境高雅
這是島上較低密度的旅店,園林佔地甚廣,旅客自由享用。任何旅店都有可能遇上小孩哭鬧,今次在Sofitel沒有;但早上的寧靜度,還是有可能被響亮的孔雀啼聲影響。是的,是孔雀。這旅店以孔雀自由閒逛著名,園內住了不少孔雀,牠們的活動範圍並沒有受限,會歩行至你房間外。我住兩晚,每朝破曉,都被響亮的孔雀啼聲「叫醒」。

It's my second time in this hotel, however i found it more disappointed than my last visit. In the room there are cigarettes mark on my towels and ropes. TV were not working. Guest shower room next to restaurant, shower is not working as well. everything seems lack of maintaince.

Beautiful Setting
The resort is beautiful with peacocks roaming free around during the day. The restaurants are located near the pool and daybeds which was great for a nap after a delicious meal. There is even a fish pedicue around. The staff are exceptional and went the extra miles. When asked for a bandage during check out and the reception didn't have one around, one of the staff ran up after we left for the shuttle bus and offered his own. We also got picked up by the hotel buggy after a walk to the beach and not realising it was a long way back. There are shuttles to Universal Studio, Vivo City and Orchard Road. Bus no. 3 also stops at the hotel entrance. Transportation was completely taken care of. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and helpful and particular
Beautiful resort with a great pool and a convenient location. Stylish decor with a bit of a French twist on resort elegance. A personal favorite was Le Bar Pavilion area. A great place to relax regardless of the weather. The high tea is definitely worth checking out. The food was beautiful and the presentation just stunning.

對不起!不會再次入住了。因為這次也是本人第三次來埾淘沙玩,也是第一次住一間沒有露台,沒有景觀的所謂Resorts and Spa 五星級酒店套房,價錢還要3千多港元一晚。由酒店去海灘還要行一段路,加上海灘什麼設施也沒有,(太陽傘,椅子都沒有),也沒以前漂亮和乾淨。更離譜的是每天早上有酒店員工按門鈴,問要不要洗衣服,讓我們每晚也要記得按不要騷擾的提示。

優閒舒適的酒店
酒店十分優雅舒適, 每天也可與大自然及孔雀為伴, 很適合喜歡悠閒寧靜的旅客及小朋友. 乘坐酒店免費巴士到名勝世界只需8分鐘車程, 到Vivo City也只是十多分鐘, 很方便的一個選擇. 唯每天執房的職員一天較一天馬虎, 例如沒有添置咖啡奶、沒有更換浴袍等, 希望這點可以改善. 另要多謝這幾天在酒店門前迎賓的一位男職員, 他的笑容很自然, 服務也很主動, 例如主動詢問我們去哪裡,然後為我們作介紹、主動協助我們拍合照等, 非常不錯. 還有酒店預早為我們準備的節日佈置及生日旦糕等, 多謝您們為我們添上一個難忘的快樂體驗.

Great for couples and families for a relaxing stay
The hotel is well decorated and has a relaxing and cozy ambience. The room is reasonably spacious and comfy. The breakfast buffet comes with a good variety of dishes. Overall speaking we're very satisfied with our stay.

酒店不錯,住得舒服 There're peacocks everywhere in the hotel. It was nice. And get some small snacks from hotel every night.

遠離吵雜的好飯店
服務人員親切,住房舒適,餐飲很可口。泳池看起來很棒,可惜這次沒時間享用。唯一不便的地方是:沒有標準的twin room, 兩張單人床是並列的。勉強分開也只有約10公分。另外要注意shuttle bus 只在Vivocity 定時接送,在universal studio 接送只有事先要求才有停。若錯過vivacity 最晚回飯店的班次,可搭Taxi,約8-9新幣,但有些Taxi 不願進Santosa. 另外,要記好在哪兒等Shuttle bus. Vivacity 這棟百貨公司的出入口很多。

渡假放空的好選擇
是一個渡假放空的好地方, 房間樸實的設計很有渡假的休閒感,房內所有的設備樣樣展現細微的貼心。 以及有提供接駁巴士的服務,非常方便要去新加坡市區的旅人。 有機會再到新加坡 我還是會選擇百富。

Great facilities but poor service
Hotel facitilities were great but the check in service was the worst I had ever met. Staying there for wedding anniversary but half day was ruined for their prolonged check in. My wife is pregnant and totally exhausted for her to stay in lobby waiting for 3 hours without any assistance.

很好的酒店
非常好的一次休闲之旅,巴厘式的新酒店,有孔雀来回走孩子很喜欢,早餐也很好很安静酒店景色很好。唯一是需要中转去名胜世界,回程会有点浪费时间。其他一切完美
