Easily accessible via MRT with lots of food and shop options. The place is clean and new, making my stay with my family very pleasant. Hope that it can maintain the property well in the long run. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Expensive and room size is small

I stayed in Royal park hotel which had a nice and spacious rooms compared to Genting Hotel. This hotel is expensive compared to other hotels in area.

You pay more then you get.

The rooms are very small. Just enough to walk around the bed. If two suitcases it is hard to place the 2nd one. The hotel informed me on check in that they have self service laundry. When I went to use it, it was closed down. Some information to the guest would be nice. Better hotels in SG for less money. Nice smart tv in the room and friendly staff

Hotel ambience is good but room size is small

Genting Hotel is at prime location but I must admit that room size is very small. You can’t even walk properly in superior room. Cost is bit high compared to other hotels in same area.

Room was close the elevator. The door have a big gap at floor level. The noise from elevator area was very loud in the room and made it hard to sleep. TV did not work at times. Room is also very small. If you bring two suitcases there is no room for the 2nd one.
