超有水準酒店
住兩晚這間酒店，房間有所不同，一間望碼頭，一間超大和舒適，兩間非常鍾意，別有特色，房間好乾淨，環境較大，靠碼頭，晚上行出去，d樹有閃爍燈光，相當美麗景色！

靠近海灘，好舒服
值得揀選入住酒店，環境好寧靜和舒服！房間面對碼頭，服務員態度良好，自助早餐都唔錯！房間好乾淨！晚上可以行碼頭觀賞夜景！

很差的一次经验！不推荐去！
好失望的一次经验！酒店环境很差 墙上都发霉了！周围环境也是很不方便！不会再去了！不知道为什么 网上那么多人的 反馈 与评价都说还不错！地方也很不方便 虽然有巴士！但是还是很麻烦！真的是太失望了！期待了 这么久 结果却是这样！！！哎....

酒店房間很大
地點是在聖淘沙島的另一端。官網並未有說明是可用何種方式到達酒店。我花了很多時間做功課看評論，評論知道是有免費接駁巴士到酒店的，可是沒有明確表示在那裡可乘坐。我也在Vivo city 浪費了很多時間在找尋巴士位置。到最後打電話給酒店，才知道酒店是沒有免費接駁巴士的，有的只是員工巴士。建議到達vivo city ,先到D出口的士站碰碰運氣是否沒坐滿員工，你就可上的呢！到達D出口的士站就對了不要亂跑，因為他是沒有時間表巴士幾時到達的。 酒店本來是非常舒適，四周環境很好，而且房間空間感非常大。如免費接駁巴士能做好一點更加滿意。

definitely a great hotel for leisure
Big and comfortable room with good sea view! Nice service and tasty buffet breakfast. I appreciated the welcome chocolate and fruits!

非常好的服務！
酒店職員Diana 及Melissa 都很好笑容，而且當我們提出要相鄰房間時（因與老人家及小朋友同行，方便照顧），她們都很努力為我們安排，最後找到2間connecting room, 真的很appreciate 她們如此設想周到！環境很好，酒店對著海，房間很大，有水果盤及朱古力，但因此有螞蟻出沒，浴室很大，親切的Diana入住時溫馨提示了老人家小心地滑，因為浴江是下陷式的，可以一邊沐浴一邊看電影，整體來說我認為物超所值，相對其他聖淘沙酒店是價格便宜的，雖然位置離遊樂設施遠，但有免費bus 3（35分鐘一班車）及搭的士出英奧捷運站都是SG$4.5，我認為可以接受～早餐選擇比較少，晚餐semi-buffet都幾抵食，我們很晚到餐廳但招呼仍然很好，值得一讚！晚飯後附近有小公園讓小朋友打千秋，玩滑梯，不錯！

酒店房間面向遊艇停泊的地方，很舒適悠閒。酒店外面就有一條環境優美的緩跑徑，喜歡跑步或散步的人都會很喜歡。酒店提供的早餐食物款式很豐富，值得選擇包早餐的房間組合。酒店員工很有禮貌、細心及週到。我們一定會再來的。

不方便，很遠
要搭SHUTTLE BUS 先可以到酒店，PASS了一班便要等35MINS， 房間感覺上有一點舊和不夠清潔，不過房真的很大， 如果再去聖淘沙的話，我也許會選擇其他酒店。

Nice Staffs & Service
Staffs all served with well service attitude & had explained well for their service & facilities. Location is little bit far away from Santosa Express stations, need to take Taxi or Santosa Bus route no.3 to get there. Shuttle bus is available between Vivo City and hotel.

很不錯的體驗，值得住。
這酒店很漂亮，很乾淨，很舒適。員工友善親切，早餐也不錯。 唯一不好是，由於不是真正的酒店，沒有人搬行李，到達電梯前還要走幾級梯級。 但整體感覺很好，CHECK IN 還給我們飲品，感覺很貼心。

Frontdesk 服務一流, 特別是Dezmond, 態度親切友善, 還會扭氣球給小女. 客房整潔, 但不知為何有螞蟻, 建議酒店不用再放巧克力當歡迎禮物. 唯一美中不足是周邊餐廳似乎不是做旅客生意, 偏向招待該住宅區的熟客, 竟在我們點餐時叫停我們再去跟熟客交談~~~ 這是我旅程中唯一令新加坡大打折扣的經歷...

酒店員工整體服務非常友善，但洗手間去水位較差，洗澡後地台積水要很久才疏通，厠所板一放下就出現裂縫在角落位置，沒單獨夜燈照明按鈕，要不全部燈熄滅，要不幾樣燈泡齊開，唯美中不足

Overall a nice place but quite limited facilities. Good for the price i paid but honestly don't think worth the original price unless you're very keen on upscale and posh place.

The hotel is lovely, very modern, clean and a nice location. However it appears they rent out the pool for a local kids swimming school. So our relaxing time poolside was disturbed considerably at 4pm with the arrival of 20 kids plus parents, maids and swimming instructors. It was very noisy and it wasn’t even as if there was a separate area for them. I don’t go in holiday to share the pool with a swimming school…..

Relaxing Sentosa Resort Hotel
What a lovely spot. Fantastic holiday feel at the marina with massive infinity pool. Very relaxing small hotel. The staff were so friendly and our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Perfect stop over on our way home to NZ
