「Love these older style hotels. There has clearly been recent refurbishment and the reception and staircase look great and in keeping with su a property. The standard room we stayed in was basic and if older style but very clean. Everything worked as expected and we had a great sleep. As there is no on site restaurant the foyer and downstairs area lack a bit of ambience and I would suggest some music be played to make it a bit more welcoming Location on quiet street in centre of town only a 5...

「One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in the UK. The room was immaculate, very dog friendly, and staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. 」

「Comfortable stay in all. Room and amenities exceeded expectations. Note for those wanting to park, the car park is small. It’s understandable that this fills up, fortunately the convention centre opposite has affordable parking. Will stay again when visiting friends and family in Harrogate. 」

「What a lovely place, check in was nice & easy & the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly. We had a drink in the pub & all staff were super friendly, especially the lad who was also on check out this morning! 「Our room was perfect, king bed, bedding and decor of room was cosy and well-furnished. We had a great choice for breakfast. Delicious pancakes! Margaret was the perfect host. 10 out of 10. We can highly recommend Willows. 」

「Very quiet location considering how close to all amenities and the high street. Well presented property and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. A nice touch was during breakfast we were asked if we’d like to take some fresh croissants home with us which we did. 」
