「Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff.」

「Our family (including two 7 year olds) loved our stay. The courtyard is beautiful and we loved the idea of the pool (storms in area so we didn’t venture in). A/C worked almost too well! Our room was great! We had an outside room on the 1st floor so we did get quite a bit of street noise from people and vehicles. 「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Everything was great, we loved our stay. Only consideration to share is that the beds are not very comfortable. So, if you have anyone with mobility issues or is very sensitive to super firm mattresses in your party, you may want to look elsewhere. Overall experience was very good though.」

「Frenchmen is close to many eating and music venues. Staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We certainly enjoyed our time there. When staying here one should be aware that the building was built in 1860 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. A flight of stairs took us to our room 211.
