"This was our third stay. Even though it is walking distance to busy Shinjuku station, it is in a business neighborhood away from the chaos of the station. I was disappointed in being placed in a room below some renovation during the day out of 1,000 rooms. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. "

"Management need to better the check in system, Breakfast is good, but long line to get in and coffee line must be fixed. Other than that it is a good hotel, super large hotel at the T3 Hanada and 7Eleven at the hotel, we would stay again."

"The negative: The room was way too small. No space to move around after I opened my suitcase. No place to sit, except the bed. Only one English speaking tv channel, but it had no picture, so it was like listening to NPR on the radio. The positive: Food (breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, the Grill restaurant) was very good! Nice workout room. Onsite self-service guest laundry. "
