"The hotel was outstanding value and right in the business centre. The service was top notch and there was always someone to serve your needs at any time of day, no matter what it is. I want to pay special thanks to Saurabh and Jasrij from Concierge who looked after a number of parcels for me prior to arriving at the hotel. I want to recognise the outstanding service that Restaurant Manager Abik provided to me for my customised dinner room service on both nights of my stay. He provided outstanding service and ensured that my order was accurate and to my liking and checked up on me before and after each meal. Also making me a great packed breakfast ready to go everyday. Even saying farewell to me with a parting gift. Saurah from.Tamra delivered my dinner to me daily and he was a lovely gentleman and did an excellent job. The food was absolutely delicious. I will no doubt stay here again. Wonderful.work team. Room was also ready super early when I arrived at 7.30am..the view was no good and did not have the India Gate view I was after but that is OK since the room was available a long time before official check in."

"Check-in process was quick. We were upgraded to a family suite and our second room was a suite. The family suite was an older model, and the regular suite was recently updated. Bell man was quick and attentive and brought our luggage quickly to our rooms. Locating the hotel can be a challenge, especially in the evening and during rush-hour "

"Generally very good. Could have been more fruit options for breakfast. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. One morning there was a problem with the water in the bathroom which was running brown and the toilet was not flushing but I was told that it was being repaired which happened soon after. Good location "

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel was nothing like the pictures or description. It was located down a dark, narrow alley that felt unsafe. The entrance was poorly maintained, and the reception area looked more like a warehouse than a hotel. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, bad smell, and overall felt extremely uncomfortable. I was so dissatisfied that I didn’t stay the night—I left immediately and booked another hotel, which you can verify through Hotels.com. Definitely not recommended."
