「第一次入住無客服的酒店，整體覺得酒店清潔，有温泉，免費酒水小食很好。只是覺得自助check in 要填太多資料，花了很長時間。而且因無客服酒店。3人一房住3晚，每人只有2套浴巾，浴巾也要自己帶去温泉用，很不衛生。」

「After firework on (date), we attempted to drive from Atami to the hotel with our 1200cc car with the help of Google map. Later, we found out that it seemed to located on peak of a mountain and we needed to go a one way, extremely steep road with no street light; we forced to stop and decide to search for a hotel because it was too dangerous to continue.
