ワンちゃん🆗が決めてに。冬は少々寒さがこたえますが、夏はベランダで食事が出来るし、良いと思う。Yetiでスキーをして夜は下のインド料理と歩いて5分位のところの焼鳥やのテイクアウトを食べて過ごしました。

富士山見えたらパーフェクト！

ワンコ連れ、幼児連れでやっと見つけたホテルでしたが、大正解でした。下界は快晴なのに、富士山が見られなかったのが残念です。自炊可能とは思いましたが、何をどこまで（調味料関係）用意すればよいか分からなかったので情報が欲しいです。予約時にワンコの情報を書くところがなく戸惑いましたが、ホテルとの直接のやり取りで理解しました。ホテルの方もフレンドリーで楽しく過ごせました。

富士山が見える部屋で、清潔でしたし、 自宅にいるかのような快適さがありました。 ざっくばらんに友人や家族と泊まるにはとても良いです。リーズナブルですし。夕飯は近くのお店に行ったり、テイクアウトしたり出来ますから、とでも楽しかったです。管理人の方もとても親切でした。

小型のペット同伴希望で御殿場界隈ならお勧め！

御殿場駅にとても近く夜の飲食店もそこそこに多く問題なし。部屋は想像以上に広く、自宅に帰った気分でくつろげます。オーナーさんの心配りで、コーヒーやお茶のティーパック、レンチンもトースターもTV,PC等あらゆる設備（珍しい物だとホットプレートまで）が備えてあります。WIFIも繋がるので便利。利用した部屋は天候次第なのは当前ですが、目の前全体に、バッコーーンと富士山が！一望できます。

We really liked staying at Tannpopo. Our room was unused for a long time before we checked in and needed to be aired out. Otherwise it was a great stay in a really central place.

今回で３度目の滞在です。お部屋も使い勝手がよく、立地もいいので、助かります。只、階下が夜のお店なので、遅くまで賑やかなことがあるので、その点が気になるかも知れません。

We were amazed to see the Japanese condominium; The material to space ratio in the house is remarkable. It’s a stones throw from Gotemba station. The best was the majestic view of Mt. Fuji-san in the morning !!!

Japanese apartment with view on Mount Fuji

The apartment is typical Japanese and was comfortable. It has a large dinning room, one bedroom, and a nice terrace. The wifi worked fine during my stay. I was not able to see Mount Fuji well during my stay because of the clouds, but I can confirm that it can be seen from the dinning room's large window. The apartment is located in a small and lovely neighborhood. There is some nice local restaurants near by, and it's walking distance from the train station. A bit expensive, but I recommend this place. The management is very friendly and very helpful.

Rude manager

check in is not clear, I told them a month in advance that I will arrive late and they said will leave the key in the mailbox but never told me which mailbox, apparently there are another mailbox upstairs.so I waste time trying to look for it. the manager hurry yamamoto is very rude.I told him I bring my 2 young daughter age3&5 he said need to pay additional charges 30000yen for the kids,I agreed as long they set up additional futon.apparently his wife is waiting or me in the condo to set it up.he called me angrily why I made her waiting.I apologized and said I didn't know.it's a misunderstanding because of the language barrier.he rudely said this is japan!must speak japanese!then he insulted me by calling me a liar, that I cannot be trusted, and I cannot stay there if I don't pay the additional fee now.did he forget that I already paid full through the website and now wants to kick me out of there?told him I will leave the cash inside the mailbox and he can collect it anytime.but his wife come in the morning unannounced to collect the money with no respect to our privacy at all. The heater in the bedroom broken,so the 4 of us sleep in the living room&kitchen because it was freezing cold.already told them about this and they only change it on the last day of my 4 night stay.the bathroom is super cold.showering is a torture.the manager offensive attitude&rudeness made my stay there unbearable,I can't wait to get out of that place.it was a horrible experience

下午３点多到達這座外表殘舊的住宅門口時, 並沒有見到接待人員, 想起網站評語曾提及602号房, 就乘lift上6樓, 但同樣沒有接待人員, 於是由最頂層6樓往下逐層搜索, 幸好全幢只是6層及每層只有2户, 終於在401門口見到貼有" 旺季關係, 此辦事處已更改用途, 及已搬迁" 並寫有電郵地址及電話, 由於我只有Wi-Fi網絡, 於是用電郵方式联絡對方, 但30分鐘後仍未獲回覆, 唯有下樓到附近店舖尋求協助, 由於言語不通, 找了幾間店後才可找到一間可用簡單英語溝通的店铺帮忙撥打電話联络接待人員, 接待人員告知稍後回來, 請等等, 就這様白白浪費了一個多小時, 其實明知當天会有客人入住, 都不作接待準備, 只任由客人自尋方法联络, 更何況網站亦寫明辦公時間至晚上８時, 对此我們已感到氣憤又無奈, 终於一位只畧懂英語單字的女仕到來開啓之前用作辦事處的401室给我們入住, 室內一房一廳,装修設備殘舊 , 隔音差, 關上全屋窗户仍然聽到頗大歌聲, 可能附近有卡拉OK, 浴缸殘舊, 浴室窗户貼近及面向隔壁單位的窗户, 又沒有窗簾遮擋, 實在無法說服自己在無遮無擋的環境下沐浴, 暖氣機殘舊又嘈吵,開動了很久,仍感覺寒冷, 房間地上只僅僅足夠放上３張單人日式床墊 , 並不是網站提及的有6張日式單人床墊, 棉被表面有些頭髪, 心想可能是自己的, 就檢起掉了, 但另一棉被表面又同樣有些毛髪, 忍不住返轉棉被另一面看看,果然看到更多幼細毛髪, 真是嘔心又氣憤, 應該是經過多位客人使用過後而又沒有淸潔就给我們使用,我們 唯有穿上足夠的長衫長褲及襪子保暖睡覺, 盡量少接觸該些棉被,就在沒有洗澡,寒冷,不潔的環境下捱過一個晚上, 以這様的設備及衛生環境完全稱不上是一間酒店, 房價亦比我早前入住附近的４星級酒店還要貴多2百港元, 而網站標明的早餐及行李寄存服務都沒有提供, 今次的住宿環境實在太差太差了

初めて利用しました。近くには飲食店も多数あり、とても便利な場所にあります。オーナー様の対応も良く、とても快適に過ごすことができました。エクスペディアの予約画面と部屋にあるインフォメーションにはチェックアウトが11時となってましたが、10時という事だけ忘れずにいた方が良いと思います。11時だと思っていると追加料金（30分500円）がかかってしまいます。次回は気をつけようと思います（笑）システムもわかったので、また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The location of hotel is very near the Gotemba station, and easily to find it. there are many store can make shopping or fill the stomach.
