I had a wonderful stay at Ulalena, had a memorable new year eve, it was the perfect way to start 2024. The hotel is beautiful and well designed. Goshi san and his team were really nice and kind, we were very well taken care of (very warm and homey). I will definitely recommend my friends and family when they visit Shizuka! Highly recommend!

父、母と私達家族３人の５人でお世話になりました。とても清潔でおしゃれな雰囲気で、目の前がビーチ。あいにくのお天気で富士山も見えず残念でしたが、とてもゆっくり滞在する事ができました。デッキも広く、次は夏に来てデッキでBBQも良いかなと思います。 スタッフの方々も丁寧で話しやすかったです。ありがとうございました😊

三保の松原を観たくて偶然見つけたウラレナさんでしたが、なにもかもが最高でした。 お部屋はとても広く清潔で何日でも滞在したいほど。全てが清潔感とセンスに溢れています。スタッフさんの対応も完璧です。とても良くしていただきました。 また、夜はお部屋でフレンチのコースをいただきましたが、地元の食材を活かした一品一品が全てが美味しい。 滞在中に残念ながら富士山は現れてくれませんでしたが、ウラレナさんへの宿泊が帳消しにしてくれました。 2組しか泊まれないのであまり有名になって予約が取れなくなると困るのですがとてもお薦めです。 またいつか特別な時に再訪したいと思います。

三保のイメージを覆す

1日2組限定。私たちが宿泊した時は私たちだけだったのかな？とにかく夕方以降は静か。時間を忘れることが出来ました。新しいだけあって全ての設備が綺麗で快適。 一つだけ困ったのはお風呂のシャワーのお湯の設定がわからず、一瞬困ってしまいました。湯船を張るときと設定をボタンで変えなければならない？この部分は日本人の私でさえわからなかったので、一言説明を添えた方がよろしいかと。 でも、トータルでは大満足☆同じ併設のレストランも絶対行った方がいい☆

　家族で宿泊しました。事前よりエクストラベットなどをお願いしており、快適にセッティングしておいて下さり感謝です。お部屋はとても広くて、清潔で、過ごしやすい環境でした。ベランダから見える夕日が最高に綺麗でした。夕飯は近くの漁港のお刺身を少し購入し、１Fのレストランから数品注文し、お部屋でゆっくりいただく事ができました。どのお料理も、とてもとても、美味しかったです。オーナーの方へスタッフの方の対応もとても温かく、同行した高齢の両親も感謝しておりました。家電製品にもこだわりがあって、使いこなすことを楽しめました！ 　朝食も部屋に運んで下さり、ヘルシーな野菜中心でこちらも大満足でした。 たまに静岡には用事があるため、ぜひまた伺いたいと思っています。
