「Lovley room 」

「This is my first review of anything ever - product, place, airline, anything! My stay at The George deserves a review because it was so perfect. Amazing food, lovely room, slept well, great breakfast. Simply nothing negative to say! Staff are great and I will stay again if I get the chance. My only feedback would be to suggest soft close toilet seats in the rooms 😬」

「Very friendly welcome and a lovely little hotel. Excellent price and a nice big room. The only issue was the heating seemed to be broken in the room so there was a small space heater. It was difficult to gauge what setting to have the heater on and so I woke in the middle of the night very hot and had to adjust it. The bathroom was also very cold. Otherwise a very nice and comfortable stay. 」

「Property was very pet friendly and staff were wonderful. There were however issues with the room which impacted our stay. The mattress was very hard and pillows soft and lumpy. Due to this our quality of sleep was very poor. The rooms did not come with a small fridge which would have been helpful as chilled food had to be taken to reception each time. There was no ironing board in the room and no telephone so each time you needed something you had to take a long walk to reception and back. Apart...

「The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history. Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage. 「Parking available at the property, nice village location. Room was nice with period features (although disappointed the 4-poster bed not there as advertised). Food from the pub was delicious although you could hear the noise from downstairs - this didn't particularly bother us but be aware if an early or light sleeper that the rooms are above the bar. Overall we enjoyed our stay. 」
