"We had a great stay! The hotel was located in a convenient location close to lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and Shinjuku station. The room was surprisingly spacious for a group of four. The staff are friendly and very helpful!"

"Great amenities, attentive staff, nice clean room with a very large and comfortable bed. Yes, it's a love hotel, but dont let that dissuade you. It is not a seedy establishment whatsoever"

"The breakfast was amazing and great value, loved the thoughtfully arranged rooms (was a little worried about size but this was probably one of the nicer stays we had at this price point."
"We enjoyed our weeks stay. The room was small but served our needs. The beds were comfortable and the shower/bath was really good. Very lively lobby and restaurants made the hotel feel friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth adding. We enjoyed it every morning and found the variety was enough to keep us happy. The food is excellent quality. We also ate in the restaurant several nights including the rainy cold night we arrived from NYC. Only minus is the advertised laundry room is very small for an entire hotel and was always busy. So factor that into your stay."
"AMAZING breakfast! Excellent location and a very spacious room compared to other hotels in Japan. The room was spotless and extremely well maintained.
The only downside was the limited laundry facilities. There are only three machines, and unfortunately they were always in use. We tried morning, afternoon, and night without success, so we had to wait until our next stay to do laundry.
Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."
"Was very nice having plenty of dining options open late during our stay. The rooms were not very big but that was expected. We spent one night there and enjoyed being around so much around Shinjuku."
"The staff at WPU Hotel Shinjuku are super friendly and accommodating. Due to a previous issue, I was given an upgrade to my room, which I very much appreciated. Rooms are clean, amenities (face cream, shaver, loofa, etc.) were all welcome additions to my body care regimen! Also, the craft beer selection at the WPU Cafe is excellent."
