"Loved this hotel. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size, was soundproof and had a blackout blind. Slept brilliantly every night. Heating was good during the cold weather. The private baths were a bonus which I made good use of to ease my aching feet each night. Great that you can check how crowded it is from your room, who knew midnight was a popular time! Handy to have the family mart connected to hotel and aa starbucks next door. Note, it is a bit far out if you like any nightlife but the buses are very easy to get to other areas of the city. "

"The hotel itself is nice and spacious for Japanese standards. Unfortunately, the location has little to offer- the locals nearby definitely do not like foreigners. Also, it was the only hotel in our trip that was adamant on the check in time. We arrived an hour early and had to sit in the lobby for an hour. (I get it, rules are rules but our Tokyo and Osaka hotels were more lenient). On the bright side, it’s close to the train station. "
