A double plus having Stamford diner right there a walk away. Prices are pricey, but good food and convenient.. Overall, a very pleasant stay for a week."

"I needed an inexpensive stay, and the price here was right, but you get what you pay for. Very outdated property and room. No frills. I take a big issue with the lack of security as a solo female traveler. There was no chain or any solid lock for the door. You could see a good half inch of light coming from the bottom of the door to the hallway. The walls are paper thin—I could clearly hear the people in the adjoining rooms as if they were inside my room. No bedside outlets. Outdated old furniture. Peeling walls and dinged tables. Old lamps. Like 1991. Scratchy bedding. Got what I paid for though. "
