「We stayed in Owls Burrow. The Room was lovely. Cheesecake in a dome on arrival. Jug of water. Tea and Coffee Facilities. Nespresso Machine. Dressing Gowns. Fan if needed. Complimentary Toiletries to use while staying. Mattress comfortable. However 3 of the pillows were lumpy or flat. Be aware that the room faces a busy road. 「This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed so far by hotel.com bookings! No customer service at all!!! We all had to wait so long for someone to come out of the front office for checking in! And they were not in mood of helping their customers, everything were turned down and ‘NO’! One of the guests had no choice but changed to Double-tree immediately after checked in! The frost desk simply doesn’t answer any calls fm rooms, they just said ‘will call u back’ and hanged up, but never called back....
