"Big room, nice hotel"

"Radiators in the property need placing it a better suitable place for heating the room in the family rooms, as the room heats unevenly! "

"The staff was very nice, however the rooms are worn/dated and the listing stated they had an airport shuttle when they do not. I could have gotten there by public bus but I never received any information, despite asking. "

"Room was clean and tidy which is what you expect. Staff very helpful, polite, and willing to help. Stayed to go to Harry Potter world which is literally over the fence but a little drive. Plenty of parking Breakfast really good. Enjoyed Burger in the evening.Bar is amazing, enjoyed loads of swimming which is added bonus than staying in hotel which dosnt have a pool would stay again for sure."

"We always stay here when we come to Watford and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The staff were helpful and kind, the rooms were immaculate and the buffet breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of food anvailable and lots of choice. Can’t fault it at all! "
