今日在國內,咁差服務 ,竟然仲未倒閉
無論日本,韓國還是國內,由大酒店到街邊小食, 也未試過咁差服務 也許經常住酒店的人, 對壞冷氣, 又或需要更換房間, 都只會覺得係小事,平常事 當我滴住汗,去到前枱投訢房間冷氣唔夠凍 , 當時回覆我稍後會有個職員去房間檢查 , 到晚上11點幾, 就有個帶同梯子的技工,來到房間內, 在床邊打開假天花的生口,直接進行冷氣維修 , 當時,我意識到今晚不可能再留在這房間 , 因為不知到需要維修多久,同時因為打開了假天花, 房間好多塵 之後當然需要轉房,技工走後, 來了另一個男職員(極度無禮的)通知一聲話帶我們轉房,之後就直接企在已打開的房門邊,一方面方頂住房門不會關上, 另一方面, 就望住我夫婦二人執拾,當時我感到被非常冒犯,到我提出請他先在門外等候 , 我先可以關門換衣服, 當時感覺, 我以為我是犯了事的犯人 到去到另一間房, 連燈都未著晒, 就急迫地問我房間得唔得,(雖然已經12點, 趕收工都唔應該咁 房間電視低清,wifi好弱 到朝早早餐 , 唔係難食, 只係唔值 最後, 我估好少回頭客, 至少, 我怕怕

酒店位置非常方便
酒店最大的優點是地點，酒店G層四通八達，可在不用淋到雨的情況下走到地鐵站，及走到購物公園站及崗厦站，電影院及商場都在5-10分鐘路線，非常方便！房屋有點老舊了，但還是很舒適的，早餐還算豐盛的。

地點極佳! 高鐵福田站下車後，有全冷氣步行通道行至酒店，十分鐘到酒店，途中有大量商店、食店及大型商場。如果坐的士，根本不用跳錶，2分鐘就到酒店(因為晚上十點後，福田站前往步行通道的閘會落左)。 住這酒店去邊都方便。設施唔駛講，五星級酒店，一流! 房好大，有近五百平方尺! 我地BOOK兩個普通房，酒店幫我地找一個可以兩房打通(可以在房內互相進出)的，超方便!

Stench of Cigarette
Being a smoke free hotel, I would expect the room should have no cigarette smell. Room 2225 is full of it. Room 2221 is fine thou. Even the washroom on the lobby floor is filled with cigarette smell. If you are sensative to smell and hate cigarette smell, don't stay here. You will run into risk of having a room with cigarette smell.
