"Great location to beach and restaurants. Pier Park drivable. Liked pool, but not covered in sun all day on spring break. Condo was super cute and roomier than expected. Even though it said it slept four, which included a pullout couch in the living room, we actually could have slept six since there was a set of bunk beds in the living area. It would have been a tighter fit with six, but we had four and were happy not to have to pull out the couch."

"It was a perfect place to stay for a single mom working with a budget. We booked the family cottage and I invited a friend and her son last minute and we had more than enough room for the 5 of us. We could've had a few more people. It was decently clean. But do know that you need to bring your own linens, towels, and cleaning supplies (hand towels, dish rag/sponge, soap). "Perfect location for a week-long getaway. Loved the room, loved the private beach, loved the view. The main pool and hot tubs could use tending. One hot tub was cold but had bubbles; the other was hot but no bubbles. All needed cleaning. Water pressure was not great in the room; bathroom sink drained slowly from first day there; by end of week it wouldn't drain. "It was a decent stay. Cheap price and cheap hotel. But beds were comfortable, no bugs and the AC was cold. During the week was good as we mostly had it and the beach to ourselves, but come the weekend, it was packed with lots of beer everywhere, loud music, and marijuana smell everywhere. We ended up checking out a day early. Would rent again however for the price, but it will be during the week only. "
