The level of service was consistently outstanding, making our stay truly enjoyable and relaxing. A special thanks to Saima, Mano, Sahid, Santosh, Srinivas, Joyla, and Kshtij for their exceptional hospitality and attentive service throughout our stay. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after, making us feel valued as guests. The hotel continues to maintain immaculate standards, with clean, well-presented rooms that make it a fantastic place to stay. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, made our visit truly memorable. We would happily stay at the Royal Ascot Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bur Dubai. Once again, a well-deserved 10/10!"

"Seemed to be a lack of Staff, Check-in seemed under pressure with a lot of complaints. The breakfast was terrible with on person trying to check people in while doing other jobs and one person cooking eggs and long queues. No scrabbled egg available as I assume this is the same person that cooking fry egg, and omelettes etc. "
