A clean, reasonably priced lace to stay near the old city.
The best part of this hotel is the service and the staff — very friendly and extremely courteous. Their warmth more than makes up for any small shortcomings during the stay. The location is fantastic if you want to explore historic Dubai and be close to all the main shopping areas. The hotel features a charming courtyard with a vintage, antique-style setup. Breakfast is Arabic and absolutely amazing. Overall, a mesmerizing stay — though the cost is a bit on the higher side compared to other hotels in the area. Highly recommended for a one time experience but for a repeat only if you get a deal.
This has to be the most beautiful Hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
The Hotel is single story in 2 parts, the 1st part opened in 2023 & the 2nd part in Jan 2025.
It only has 18 rooms.
The service was excellent & the whole place is traditional in style.
The location is 25 meters from the Green line Metro (2 stops from the Red Line intersection), the Hotel is positioned on the Quayside of Dubai Creek.
I would recommend anyone to stay in this Hotel, it’s an Oasis in Dubai
Truly excellent hotel in the quieter bit of Dubai. Intensely calming and peaceful rooms that were beautifully designed in a modern traditional style and spotlessly clean. Exceptionally friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The place is hard to find - ask taxis to drop you at the Ministry of Finance parking and walk ahead to the water’s the creek, turn left and the hotel is right there. Exceptional food too. Really highly recommend.
The Arabian Boutique Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the Al Ghubaiba Metro station and it overlooks Dubai Creek in the old part of Dubai (near the Gold, Spice and Perfume Souks); a great location for us.
The Hotel kindly let us check in early as the room was available and its traditional Arab style was just what we were hoping for.
All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay; Beatrice looked after us most days at Breakfast and she was lovely (the food was too).
The ladies that serviced our room did a great job and we loved the traditional look and feel of the Hotel.
Highly recommended!
The hotel is located in the heart of the old residence of the rulers of Dubai, where the scent of the past is emanating. All services are available on both banks of Dubai Creek, and prices are competitive. Abdel Falah, the Front Office Supervisor made my trip very good. Thank you for your help and assistance.
For a different kind of stay in Dubai, walkable and on the water.
Literally a short walk in the park to the stellar Metro station.
A little confusing getting to the hotel as there is no direct curbside access to the hotel which, again, is on the water.
I would recommend that you get out at the Metro station and take the short walk to the river.
This hang up is well worth the peace and serenity of the hotel.
Loved my stay here. My sister and I really enjoyed walking around the area. The metro, the bus station, and the ferry boats are all close by so it is very easy to get around the city. The hotel is right at the water and is part of the beautiful historical area. We had a fun morning exploring the Al shindaga museum which is a short walk from the hotel. The decor in our room was lovely, there were so many nice details. Shout out to the staff who made my birthday amazing we wish we stayed longer!
Review: A Hidden Gem – Arabian Boutique Hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Arabian Boutique Hotel, and I must say—it exceeded all expectations. Nestled in a beautiful riverside location, the hotel offers a serene and picturesque setting, perfect for a relaxing escape.
From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made me feel truly welcome. Their 7-star hospitality stands out, effortlessly blending luxury with genuine care. It’s rare to feel so at home in such a refined atmosphere.
The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. Every detail was considered—from complete toiletry sets to even a loofa, which speaks volumes about their attention to guest comfort.
One of the highlights was the seafood restaurant by the river, offering not only delicious cuisine but also a memorable dining experience with stunning views.
This hotel honestly surpasses many 6-star resorts I’ve visited. I wholeheartedly recommend it and look forward to returning. A true jewel in the hospitality world.
Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff. For me it was the perfect location in old Dubai. The whole experience of staying in the Arabian Boutique Hotel was made all the better because of Ahmad and all his staff. Every single member of staff was amazing. I ate in the restaurant most days because I thought the food was excellent. If you are looking for the glitz of a Dubai Hotel with a pool in your room or 400 tv channels, then this isn't for you. This hotel is for people who want to be in the heart of the old town and who value contact with staff and locals. The hotel is spotlessly clean the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was great, everything you needed. Overall for me, it was Ahmad and his staff who made my 7days in the hotel something I will never forget. I felt like I was invited to stay in his home rather than a hotel and I could ask for anything more from these fantastic people. I loved every second of my stay.

Lovely hotel close to a lot of museums. The staff is extremely nice and the room was perfectly clean with all the equipment needed. Highly recommended!
Everything about this stay is a thumbs up! Sri on reception is most helpful and understanding to all your needs, he even arranged ice cubes in my room without my request, because I told him I had sore eyes! The cleanliness is immaculate. I was very impressed with the bath tiles and shower glass door. Thank you Yoleta! The breakfast is served at a restaurant next door. It is very nice, but I would just say it's not necessary to pay in advance with your room booking because there isn't a buffet, and so you can order up to 150 dirhams which is exactly what you pay if you reserve with your room. Better to see the menu first, and order a la carte that way you are pay for what you eat. There is a pay car park close to the hotel, it was very busy when I was there, so I had to park a little further away. The manager was lovely and gave me complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience which I really appreciated. He also said he is in the process of applying for a couple of spaces for hotel guests to use. Overall, I had a fabulous time and for sure I will stay again and again! Thank you Arabian Boutique Hotel.
