"Yes and yes. Staff was courteous and polite. My room had a leak coming from the ceiling and shower head needed to be changed. I informed management, but they didn't respond. But overall it was very good. I love the quite and pleasant atmosphere even with all the construction going on at this site "

"Breakfast was available but we did not take advantage. The room didn't inspire much confidence in the food. On first arriving in room 313 we couldn't even open our door all the way bc it collided with a closet/cabinet placed immediately behind it. The two beds were fine, no pillowcases. Outlets were very loose and several did not work to plug devices into. The toilet was cramped with little space to move and folding doors that didn't completely close. In order to get to the bathroom there was only about 6 inches of clearance from the side of one of the beds making it impossible to directly walk to the bathroom. You had to turn side ways to access it. The flushing mechanism was startlingly loud (and we could hear other people's from several rooms down throughout our stay.) There was a nightstand with phone and lamp between the beds that had no outlet anywhere behind it so the phone and lamp were useless decorations. When we left around 10am for the day we expected the cleaning to take place while we were out. Instead, we came back from our wandering at 6p, noticed no cleaning had taken place and expected that was just the case, but left for a concert and returned around midnight to find the cleaning had taken place some time after 7pm which we thought was just strange. Would pretty genuinely not recommend."

"The rooms were clean and exactly as pictured. Breakfast was great as they were many options"

"The ac kept the room cool. The walls are thin so you will hear everything if people are loud. We got unlucky and there a few guests who were yelling in the middle of the night. Remote controls were hard to maneuver as they vary in each room. Other than that the stay was decent for out short trip."

"Clean room. Convenient distance to Barclays Center. No frills hotel with comfy beds. Free parking (though limited) was nice. Only issue was air conditioning. Fan worked well overnight, but in the morning sun the room was absolutely baking. No AC controls, just fan and heat."
