「The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. 」

「My room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave a big plus! I normally stay at a different hotel when I come up to visit my family but I decided to try this hotel. I wasn't sure how it would be but I was pleasantly surprised! 「There is something special about the Nutmeg. You feel like you're at home but also have the amenities of a guest house or hotel. The staff is incredibly kind, and the fact that you can do an early breakfast pickup was convenient. Definitely would stay again if I'm in the area.」
