Parking was convenient if you can grab a spot (it is first come) everything I wanted to do during my stay was in walking distance from property so that was nice! Adding on the $30 value that gets you $25 applied to local restaurants near by and $5 includes a movie theatre ticket and a large popcorn + large drink! Truly a no brainer to add on to your stay.

The hotel is charming. The location is great. The building is funky, given it's age and need for repair. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The theater located in the same building is a one of a kind attraction. It was a plus for us that the hotel is owned and run by a nonprofit.
Clean room, helpful staff provided guidance to great dinner and entertainment!! Thanks again, Michael

Disliked: Amenities
Our stay was fine. Not great, not bad. It's a very old, historic building. Some people may enjoy the charm of this old building but for the price, I was expecting a bit more modern comforts. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Our stay was great. Staff super friendly. Hotel very nostalgic. Great location.

Staff was outstanding! Informative, kind, engaging, helpful...facility is a wonderful, old building whose history has been respected. Convenient parking lot, and a very walkable area with great restaurants in the area. Looking forward to another stay!
This is a charming historic hotel in a small but lively downtown district. I absolutely loved everything about it, from the historical backstory to the somewhat retro decor (but it has all the modern conveniences, too -- wifi, lots of outlets, etc.). I was especially impressed by the warm, welcoming staff. I'd stay here again anytime.

Staff was courteous, and the room was clean. The rug was outdated as as the furniture!
Very cute vintage stay, prompt communicative staff. Walkable to a very cute bookstore, coffee, breakfast spots and a vegan restaurant (vegan AF) that was 10/10. Beautiful view and accessible parking.
There’s no sound proofing because it’s an old historic building. the exposed air ducts carry voices from hall and adjacent rooms. The suites are designed poorly. You have to walk through the master bedroom past the bed to get to the bathroom from the other bedroom. The whole place smells like burnt popcorn from the movie theater. And the front desk isn’t open at night. The sheets were clean. The shower was clean. The ceiling has exposed insulation. These are very outdated rooms. The windows are all pretty broken. One window had BB gun holes in it! Super convenient to downtown though.
