「Great stay here. Excellent hotel and lovely staff」

「They were eager to change a new room when we didn’t get satisfied for the first one. Overall, the room was clean and nice, and I love the bath too.」

「Location is ideal 」

「😁」

「That will be great if the pressure of toilet flush can be increased a bit more. But overall it was a good experience for this hotel with this price. I'll highly recommend my frd to book this one.」

「really spacious room . Very upscale , clean . The neighborhood also very nice with lots of options of restaurants .」

「Overall the hotel hardwear is very decent and new. But the surrounding environment is not good, there are Karaoke, Snooker, Clubs around the hotel. I choose this hotel because of the parking lot underground and EV charger there but when i checked in i realized that all the chargers are not working!! The staff is good enough to call the facility management to ask about the charger but the reply is that the chargers wont be fixed until next year 😇」

「防生非常整潔，職員也禮貌友善」

「前台服務良好,酒店整体也不錯,但房間的隔音太差,隔壁房間的電視聲,影響睡眠. 酒店的健身室很大,設備足.」

「Excellent location. Couple of minutes walk to the main metro line with a big shopping mall across the street. Breakfast was amazing - plenty of selection to suit everyone's taste. Service was excellent. The pillows were so comfortable that we bought a couple to bring home! Would definitely stay here again.」

「all good」

「Generally, the hotel is good and quite nice. Stayed here for a few days. The main challenge was locating the hotel itself. As someone coming from the west, I am used to hotels being a standalone building. This hotel occupies many floors in a high-rise building and as such I struggled to locate it on the first night plus the language barrier. But the staff was quite helpful and tried to make it us feel better .」
