The staff where great and that is the best thing about the property. There was no real commons areas to work in, no bar, the restaurant was in the shopping mall and the food was breakfast was ok. My room looked inwards to the shopping mall.

I booked two rooms—one suite for myself and my partner, and another regular room for my mom. The suite was spacious with a comfortable sitting area, and check-in was smooth with friendly staff. The room featured automatic curtains that opened and closed at the touch of a button, which was a nice touch. The hotel also offers a 24-hour self-service laundry with five washers and five dryers, which was very convenient. The location is great, close to Line 10 and Line 5 metro stations, with plenty of food options nearby. However, there was one concerning incident. Due to visa restrictions, my mom had to leave early, and my partner’s mom stayed in her room the following night. Around 1 a.m., new guests entered the room, apparently thinking it had been vacated. Afterwards, hotel staff accused my partner’s mom of staying in the room without permission, even though we had not checked out. The situation was uncomfortable and could have been handled more professionally. Overall, the hotel has many good qualities, but this incident left a negative impression on what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

I stayed here for the Guangzhou Fair. This hotel offers all the essential amenities and services without any unnecessary extras. If your airline loses your luggage, this is the ideal place to stay. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped, featuring everything from makeup mirrors to phone chargers. I had the pleasure of staying in two rooms, and the suite was definitely worth the upgrade. There was a minor moisture issue indicated by a dehumidifier in the suite, but it was nothing significant. On the ground level, there are retail options for any clothing or accessory needs, making it convenient if you're not keen on traveling elsewhere. The staff is courteous, professional, and attentive to your needs. The breakfast buffet includes traditional Chinese favorites alongside European and American offerings. The chefs were eager to assist me in exploring the delicious Chinese cuisine. To top it off, I received a thoughtful gift upon my departure! This hotel deserves a solid five stars.

Room was clean and spacious, with thoughtful touches like eye masks, insect repellent and room freshener, as well as espresso-based coffee and tea in the lobby throughout the day. Large, well-lit mirrors meant we could get ready with ease. Guest discount within hotel’s mall allowed for a more-than-valuable meal at Taotaoju. Walkable and convenient location to many other great eating spots and landmarks. Highly recommend!

Pontos positivos: perto de duas estações de metrô e limpeza dos quartos. Pontos negativos: péssimo wi fi, local onde fica o hotel é muito feio e sem opções próximas de bons restaurantes, recepção com cheiro terrivel de cigarro. Problema: as luzes do quarto estavam em curto circuito. Acendia uma, piscavam todas, abria cortina e coisas do genero. Definitivamente deveria estar como um hotel 3 estrelas

전반적으로 깔끔하고 청결한 느낌임. 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았고, 메이크업룸도 깔끔하게 잘 해줌. 호텔이 광저우에서도 캔톤페어장 인근에 있어 비즈니스용으로 좋음. 지금부터는 단점. 데스크 직원들도 영어를 너무 못함. 계산까지 전부 어플에서 끝마치고 갔지만 내 데이터를 찾는데 한 참 걸림. 전반적인 특유의 독특한 향냄새 +담배냄새. 아침식사가 생각보다 부실함
