"We enjoy the sauna and steam room in the female's spa room. Would've been better if they have jacuzzi too, but only available in the men's."

" The staff are generally nice, but I had a very bad experience with the laundry service. I checked out today and shall talk to them again with the issues through third parties. I asked the laundry room to clean a small pack of my baby’s clothes. The staff recommended that I leave the clothes with them so they could take care of it. I confirmed this with them twice. However, they asked my wife to sign a blank form, and later they charged us 1,800 RMB (about $300) just for washing a small bag of baby clothes. This was a terrible experience. I asked in advance three times about the service, but no one told us how much it would cost. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank form and only showed us the bill afterward. I will speak with them to discuss and resolve this issue."

"Great hotel to stay at. Nanjing road one block away. Subway line 2 close by and a short walk to the bund. Hotel amenities were great with a nice buffet breakfast."

"The luxury you expect with welcoming and accommodating touches that go above and beyond. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in a hotel, hands down. The views are incredible; the location is in the middle of it all and yet a step removed enough to find peace instantly. "

"Absolutely loved my room. I had a private bathroom with shower. And a punch bowl tub in the middle of my living room to see the view of the city, and two types of bath salts! Great amenities in the room. You get two complimentary bottles of water, toothbrush, comb, and slippers. **If you get the breakfast option, it is worth the deal!!! Tons of great comfort food from noodle station, bao station, congee, stir fry vegetables, a dessert station, steamed corn, etc. There are A LOT of options!!! States there's a gym, although I did not go. Also a high end restaurant in front of hotel, I highly suggest it. The front desk ladies do not speak much English. I used a translator, and they were very kind to try and help. If they don't know, they're honest about it and not waste your time. Overall, a great place!!! I slept so well here! There is an Aldi and a shopping mall short of a 10 minute walk. There are also a few eateries, and a spa. I did not go inside the spa, so couldn't say much about it. "
