「地理位置非常好，房間乾淨舒服，接待人員ViVian熱情週到，不厭其煩的解釋各種問題，16樓的打掃阿姨Wendy細心的打掃每個角落。之前入住提到餐廳的改善，也已完成改善，一次非常美好的入住體驗。」

「Stanze molto pulite, letti comodi, struttura nuova aperta da un anno quindi tutto perfetto. Nelle docce presenti anche shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Soggiorno da consigliare Grazie a Wu e Tang con cui abbiamo potuto capirci perfettamente in inglese 😊 」

「Summer holidays to bring my girlfriend to Shanghai to play, live in Banyan Tree out of the door is the North Bund, very close and convenient, compared to the Bund, downtown. Olly at the front desk was enthusiastic and the other staff were great! The soaking pool room is worth recommending to friends!」
