Magnífico hotel!

Excelente hotel, excelente servicio. Ubicación muy buena, dependiendo de las necesidades de cada huésped. Para mí la ubicación es excelente. Destaco la amabilidad de atención del Sr. Giacomo Dalmasso, quien cada vez que vengo a este hotel, se preocupa por ayudarme. Sin dudas, para mi próxima visita a Shanghai, volveré a este hotel!

Great hotel and staff

Very nice hotel with nice rooms and a good restaurant. Great chef they have there (German guy) who interacts with the customers. All staff very nice and helpful. Location is good for going in and out of Shanghai, but the local area seems borring.
