「Superb staff - Cameron in particular 」

「Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5.」

As usual, lovely view over folkestone harbour , with white cliff of dover in the background. Good music event on 1 of the 2 nights. 」

「We chose the hotel because it is dog-friendly. We had some issues, but the staff sorted them out. Parking was paid for at the hotel, which was on the road. There was a blue badge holder’s parking space on the road, not far from the hotel, too. The room was large with a low sofa. We chose a king-size bed.
