The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. "The breakfast buffet was really a good surprise. Omelet station,made to order. The room was nice. Checked in aroubd 11 pm on a Friday night. The lobby was packed, the parking lot packed, weed being smoked right outside the lobby door. Bathroom sink drained slowly and the door handle came off on the inside. Worst though was having to wait over an hour to get 2 towels, even after calling housekeeping 3 times and being told to give them a few more seconds. No apology, no sense of serving those still at the hotel on Sunday after many, many people checked out. "
