「It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure.」

「The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. 「All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...

「We spent 8 nights at this little hotel. It was amazing. The spa prices are really good, the outdoor pool was wonderful. The breakfast was everything anyone needs and very good. The staff constantlywent above and beyond for their guesses. We were so impressed that we are wanting to come back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone」

「3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app...

「Everything was excellent! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms and facilities felt modern and well maintained. One suggestion for improvement would be the children's pool area. 「Clean room got an upgrade for gold status. Breakfast was good location perfect close to airport. Easy parking in-front of hotel. For a short stay i recommend this place. We had few mosquitos in the room. I did some hunting before sleeping and it worked.」
