Fantastic hotel. Family corner room was perfect for us and 2 kids. Excellent food in all the restaurants - quality far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful pools and loads to do. Ethno Kiddo was amazing - best kids club we’ve been to with amazing facilities and super flexible. The staff in the kids club were great, with a brilliant activity program.

Everything was literally Amazing! food options were crazy good. Everything is tasty from the buffet to the le carte restaurants. Many options and buffet daily changes the menu. Pools, beach & facility were always clean and well taken care of. Staff , waiters, bartenders are AMAZING, Sinem was our lady and took a good care of us. Many things to do within the property itself. We booked a beach tube and was so fun.

Beautiful hotel, but poor service and management When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room that was not the one I had booked — it was smaller and didn’t have the jacuzzi that was included in my reservation. I also had to wait about one extra hours after the official check-in time, and no one informed me that my booked room was unavailable until I had already checked in and unpacked my things. When I complained, they admitted it was their mistake and promised to fix it after two days, even though my entire stay was only five days. Two days later, they finally moved me to the correct room, but they didn’t transfer my luggage. When I went to the reception, the staff member was rude and insisted that my bags had already been moved. After searching for about two hours, they finally found my luggage and delivered it to my new room — which still wasn’t clean (there were drink stains on the bed and wall). I asked for compensation for the room mistake, at least one extra night, but they refused and only offered one free day access to a paid swimming pool. At the end of my stay, I requested to extend my booking at my own expense, but the hotel quoted me a price almost 40% higher than the actual online rate. I refused and rebooked through Expedia instead.

Das Hotel an sich war nicht schlecht aber leider führten ein paar Negativerfahrungen zur Abwertung: - die Schlüsselkarten funktionierten an zwei Tagen auch nach erneuter Programmierung nicht und unsere Babys waren im Zimmer eingesperrt. - Shampoo und Duschbad wurden trotz Hinweise 2 Tage lang nicht aufgefüllt. - Umschaltung an der Dusche zwischen Handbrause und Regendusche defekt und musste repariert werden. - Spiegelbeleuchtung im Bad defekt und konnte nicht repariert werden. Badbereich somit ziemlich dunkel. - Pools sind kalt und daher für Babys und Kleinkinder weniger geeignet. In anderen Hotels gibt es wenigstens für die Kleinen einen beheizten Pool. - etliche Liegen sind defekt, Füße und/oder Arretierung der Lehnen abgebrochen. - Rollen an etlichen Sonnenschirmen nicht mehr vorhanden und die Schirme damit nicht verschiebbar. - Getränkeservice an den Pools und am Strand ist wirklich gut, nur das Personal ist im Poolbereich auf Inliner unterwegs, was auf den Holzdielen einen derartigen Lärm verursacht, wodurch schlafende Babys immer wieder aufgeweckt werden. - das Personal war nicht in der Lage, ein T-Shirt, welches durch den Wind auf einen darunterliegenden Balkon geweht wurde, uns bis zur Abreise wiederzubringen - ein absolutes NoGo!!! - aufgrund dieser Negativerfahrungen können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen!

Es war wunderschön, gutes Essen. Guter Service. Wände sind zu dünn leider, das geht nicht. Das Hotel ist viel zu krass um so dünne Wände zu haben

Ein Super Hotel, mit allem was man zum Entspannen braucht. Sehr gute Organisation bei der Ankunft um 6.00 Uhr morgens. Pool Zimmer mit Meerblick - Überragend! Zimmer sehr modern mit allem was man braucht. Die Möglichkeiten in diesem Hotel zu essen sind mehr als groß. Buffet Restaurant, 24 Stunden Al la carte Restaurant, Poolrestaurant Mangare und das Strandrestaurant sind super ! Die Auswahl an Essen und Obst etc. ist super und immer frisch. Vielen Dank auch an Serdar aus dem Buffet Restaurant und an das Team aus dem Mangare Restaurant die dir jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablesen. Aber auch sonst ist das Servicepersonal in den Bars freundlich, sehr Aufmerksam und super schnell. Alles in allem ein Top Hotel was die 5 Sterne verdient hat!

Das war unsere 8. Besuch der Türkei in den letzten 3 Jahren in verschiedenen Hotels der gehobenen Kategorie und das Ethno war mit deutlichem Abstand das beste Hotel in Sachen Service, Freundlichkeit und Qualität der Getränke und Speisen! Die Anlage, die Zimmer waren immer top gepflegt und sauber. Die Pools und der Strand mit den komfortablen Liegen haben sehr zum verweilen eingeladen. Im Hotel war es zu keiner Zeit hektisch und es gab immer genügend schöne Plätze am Pool/Strand, sowie beim Essen. Lange Schlangen haben sich nie beim Essen gebildet, außer man hat sich frischen Fisch bestellt, da musste man eben kurze Zeit warten. Das Essen muss hervorgehoben werden! Ob im Buffet oder in den anderen Restaurants war es geschmacklich immer sehr sehr gut und die Auswahl ist sehr groß. Hier wird kulinarisch etwas geboten und es wird nicht langweilig beim Essen. Für uns das erste Hotel wo in Summe alles gepasst hat. Ethno ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
