Overall good for the price. However in December the only included facility was the heated open pool and the spa is not included in the booking price. Staff mostly did not speak English and were not helpful most of the time. As the few only Asian tourists in the hotel the staffs kept asking if we actually stay here which was not great for the staying experience. Meals were satisfactory. The rooms were mostly well furnished and cleaned, but one toilet was very dirty from limescale.

Nice hotel that I recommend it

The service was excellent, the recipient were helpful and all restaurants were clean and have tasty meals. The rooms were clean and the space area was enough. The advantage also to get the pass for the land of legends theme parks. I think the only disadvantage of the hotel is it is little bit an old and need some repairs regarding the doors of the rooms

The hotel is very nice, staff friendly, food is good. There are some things you should know while arriving at high-season: If you are granted A la carte dining free of charge for staying more than 5 nights, book it right upon arrival, or get Rixos app and reserve before arrival. Book your transfer to Land of Legends at arrival, the tickets are already included in your stay. Uber does not pick you up from the hotel, even if it brings you there. Yellow taxis that are nearby, are in good condition and you can pay cash (Euros, Dollars also). Other than that, you should have a good time staying there.

Marvelous hotel

Wonderful stay. Buildings are quite old. Communal areas relatively small for a huge hotel, I wonder how it looks like during summer season. Pre-heated swimming pools indoors and outdoor are amazing. Food is really delicious and variable suits all tongues. We enjoyed the stay for 4 nights.

This was an amazing hotel, as a family of kids and adults we all enjoyed ourselves. The Rixy kids club was amazing and offered a lot for the kids and the shuttle to land of legends was grate. I have been to other Rixos in Antalya and each one is different to one another all offer a grate experience

Staff are really friendly, customer service is very good. Great for family holiday. Great access to beach. The pool area is amazing. Food is good. It would be great to eat at other restaurants in the hotel as part of all inclusive which other resorts offer. Loved our family room, which was very spacious and had a sea view. Standard of room service cleaning was not always consistent. Mini bar was restocked everyday at no additional cost. The land of legends access that is part of the cost is also a bonus. Building could do with upgrading, which you can see is happening slowly.

Stayed in a few Rixos hotels , and this one was not great.. didn’t live up To the other Rixos ones .. the kids club is miles away from the main hotel.. meaning if they ring you cause your kid needs you.. you have to wait for a buggy ride and can take upto 30 mins to get Thier.. the kids club was good tho, and staff very good. The rooms are average. The food is average. I asked the kids club staff if I could bring some food to my kids, they said yes.. so I went to the restaurant 30 mins away, and asked staff if I could have a box to take some pizza with me, they said no box but take a plate .. while leaving the restraunt a manager stopped me and told me I was not allowed to take food to my kids.. was not happy. A sales women hovers around trying to sell You things non stop. Night entertainment is poor. While sat at the pool we never got asked once if we would like a drink from a waiter, had to keep going to the bar ourself. Overall not good, and wouldn’t return

reception and guest relations are way below average level.. Sweets extremely terrible, food also not good ( even with a very little lunch or dinner you can feel like you will explode and have sleepless night ). Main staff is really good, quietness and beach&pool is nice to enjoy..

From the moment we arrived at Rixos Park Belek, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable service, setting the tone for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, beautifully maintained, and nestled in lush, green surroundings. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the view of the Mediterranean each morning was a dream! The food was another highlight. With a wide variety of international cuisines, every meal was a culinary delight. The main restaurant had an impressive buffet selection, and the à la carte options were just as excellent. Special thanks to the chefs and restaurant staff who made dining such a pleasure. We also loved the pool areas and beach access. There were always plenty of loungers available, and the whole area was clean and well-organized. The entertainment team did a fantastic job with daily activities and shows that kept both kids and adults entertained without being intrusive. Rixos Park Belek strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and fun, and the attention to detail in every aspect—from hospitality to cleanliness—truly sets it apart. We’re already planning our return visit. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone looking for a top-tier resort experience on the Turkish Riviera!
