Room was well-equipped and had a large fridge with a washing machine and a dryer. So convenient to wash and dry clothes. Room was very spacious with an accessible balcony. Staff was gracious and check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Lotte Hotel World
I was very impressed about Hotel Laundry service. I requested to clean my silk scarf which has some stains. Laundry staff removed stains perfectly and I was so pleased about this. Thank you for providing excellent service. I had best Christmas days here. Thank you so much!
