「Overall, the environment and room are ok, but the communication is not so great, they don't have reception so you have to send your ID/Passport information ahead. Sent an email 2 weeks prior my visit and no reply, had to call them to confirm and they did confirmed. But before the checking day they sent another msg said the identity information was not yet be given and I might not able to check in...had asked my Italian friend to call again to confirm. Walls are very thin, there is a couple...

「Die Rezeption war super, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns 2 Räume angeboten (zum gleichen Preis), obwohl wir 1 Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht haben. Das einte Zimmer war in super Zustand. Das andere sah auch super aus, hatte jedach viele Ameisen im Badezimmer. Wir haben hns davon jedoch nocht beirren lassen und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. 」

「Splendido hotel ristorante ad un passo dal Lago di Como e facile da raggiungere sia con l'auto sia con il la linea ferroviaria Trenord che parte da Milano Cadorna. La nostra permanenza è stata molto piacevole e tranquilla. La camera molto spaziosa e silenziosa con un letto molto comodo ed un bagno con doccia che ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Menzione speciale va fatta al ristorante dell'hotel accessibile sia agli ospiti sia alla popolazione. Il menù molto raffinato e particolare e i prezzi...

「The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. 」
