Breakfast was good, we enjoyed that. The downsides were cleanliness and the general room. There was mould on the shower head, dust on the bedside tables/floor/shower tray and hair under the sink. The mattress of the room was very uncomfortable as the springs were coming through, the pillows were also hard. Was very noisy and could hear people in the other rooms

Overall the hotel was decent, near the Turro metro stop which made getting around easy. The room was clean but small and not much space in the bathroom for toiletries. Also, the beds were hard. As usual in Italian hotels, they turn off the AC in the winter and the room was hot. Can’t leave the window open as we were on a Main Street. Most of the staff were very good, just one man at night didn’t understand our request. Wouldn’t necessarily stay here again.

Estuve dos dias y los dos dias dieron exactamente lo mismode desayuno no vario en nada. Solo habia embutidos y quesos, habemos quienes no comemos embutidos y teniamos que comer solo pan y cafe, la fruta los dos dias fue la misma piña y melon. Los hot cakes si les doy un 10. La habitacion es muy limpia pero antigua. Esta a 3 cuadras de una estacion de metro, aunque de noche se siente algo inseguro si andas en la calle.

Rooms were rather small , towels had tears in it and my first room had very dirty floor it being one of those plastic/fiber showers it was not properly cleaned throughout time so the dirt stay in the plastic grooves. Also the different rooms I have had there now and before have a bad shower mixture it goes from cold to blistering hot. NOT IMPRESSED

L'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione Turro della Metro che permette di raggiungere qualsiasi luogo di Milano. La stanza che mi è stata assegnata era molto bella, rivestita in legno e dotata di bollitore, frigobar e cassaforte. Il bagno pure comodo con doccia grande. La colazione è molto buona e ben assortita. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Assoluatamente consigliato.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. They even upgraded my room to a junior suite, which was amazing. I had a package delivered before my check-in, and the staff kindly received it on my behalf as requested. The breakfast was perfect, and the location is excellent; just a 2-minute walk from Turro metro station. I loved my stay and will definitely return!

The accommodation was clean and staff friendly. The location is good and convenient. The room was quite small with no place for each of us to sit without one sitting on the bed. The American guests in the lobby bar were quite loud, which made having a drink in the hotel bar unappealing. The street noise was a bit much for sleeping without earplugs but I had them so it was fine. For a clean, safe, convenient place to sleep for one night, it was a fine choice. We took a basic room. For a stay of more than one night, a larger room would be advised.
