飯店整體非常好，乾淨、地點好、服務人員親切、房間跟頂樓的泳池都很放鬆，高C/P值，推薦預算不多想住在水明漾市區的人，幾乎沒有甚麼明顯的缺點 This hotel totally is great, good location, clean room, kind staff and relaxed room and pool. It is very good quality for this price. I couldnt find any obviously defect here. Highly recommend

旅館內部清潔,游泳池也很乾淨,建議可以上去游泳池曬太陽和看看風景,很不一樣,尤其是夜晚,有不一樣的夜景,附近的環境很方便,很建議自助者可以選擇這邊.

服务不错

酒店位于水明漾一条比较繁华的路上，整条街对比库塔和乌布比较少中国人，欧美和澳洲客比较多。酒店硬件不错，大堂很有设计感，房间设施也比较齐全。美中不足的两点：客房空调稍嫌有点吵，roof top pool的水不算特别干净。

飯店很新穎

我們一開始被分配到123號房間，但是隔天一早就被隔壁的villa吵鬧的音樂吵醒，感覺隔壁在開party。反應後換到318號房間，服務人員的態度跟服務都很棒，但是晚上當我們把空調關掉後，居然一直聞到靠近門口附近有濃濃的化糞池的味道，感覺像是下水道有阻塞造成的臭味。但是由於時間很晚，我們也懶得再換房間，只好忍耐把冷氣開大，才稍稍讓味道消去。隔天有跟飯店反應這件事，他們居然完全不知道（同行的朋友住在5樓也有聞到）整體來說地點跟服務還有房間設備都很不錯，cp值很高。不過我猜水明漾發展過快過密也許是造成環境不夠清潔的原因吧。

We loved it here! The staff are amazing, extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The room was lovely - huge, with a very comfortable bed Great facilities, the rooftop pool and sun beds are great for relaxing. The restaurant food and breakfast are high quality, with plentiful options. Gym was temporarily in the basement but was still useable. The app is also very useful! Location is very central, on one of the main streets, yet it doesn’t feel like it in the hotel, perfect!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming which made the experience even more enjoyable. I was given a welcome drink and a towelette, the rooms were exceptionally spacious and well-maintained, offering both comfort and style. The location is superb conveniently situated near shopping on the strip and just a short walk from Seminyak Square, making it ideal for both leisure and exploration. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good variety and quality of offerings. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

the rooms were large ,clean the bed was great, the breakfast was fantastic, the pool was sunny and warm. The staff were great ,friendly and very help full. The pool tiles needed repairing and the railing the overall experience was great and we would highly recommend to others .

We enjoyed our stay at the Cross Paasha. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of Seminyak. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. We had the suite which was very spacious and clean. Beds were great and we were very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. My only criticism is the breakfast. I found the quality of food very average, with not many options. The eggs benny were not very nice at all. The bacon was extremely dry, bread was soggy, no spinach and my eggs were hard boiled. Aside from that I was very happy overall and would very much recommend this hotel. 😊

Having the pool on top of the roof was amazing. We were on top of the world. It made the experience even more special when having breakfast or dinner at night. You can see Seminyak light up night, the sunset or sunrise up from the roof. We loved our time by the pool, the service and amazing staff is why we keep going back to Cross Paasha.

I couldn't wait to get back to Cross Paasha to enjoy this traditional breakfast, Mee Goreng. I had it every morning. Loved it!

Property not 5 star. Pool area and lounges need maintenance. Tiles are loose in the pool. Boards around pool are loose and require painting. Day beds were broken and we asked for one bed to be fixed for more than a week. Eventually fixed. WiFi doesn't always work well. Next to property that was burnt down more than a year ago. When it rains overnight there is a smokey smell. Rooms are nice and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Shower is large with great water pressure. Breakfast staff very helpful and love. Limited menu. Little boring by the second week. The late checkout is fabulous. We were able to leave the room at 5pm’ish as we had an evening flight. Location is fabulous. 5 min walk to Seminyak square and appx 15 - 20 walk to the beach.
