"Location was great for Dolomites. WIFI was well working properly for occasional business. However, my room was not prepared professionally when I arrived. No toilet paper, no shampoo, and no sauna gowns. I think cleaning staffs are not doing their duties. A roll of toilet paper was delivered to my room shortly. However, shampoo was not filled until I left after 3 nights stay, even though I requested it at the front desk. I found some broken glasses at the bottom of a small desk. My general feeling is that the staff are doing their minimum duties, meaning they are not kind."

"If you’re looking at this review you likely already know about the amazing location this hotel is in (inc. 2 min walk to a main lift) so I’ll skip that…. This hotel really is incredible, very well maintained, excellent facilities inc. a free sauna, spa and infinity pool over looking the mountains. There’s an online app / link ordering drinks etc. and delivered where ever you select. The staff were truly exceptional, everyone of them genuinely acted like they were pleased you were there and staying with them! The service was as good as any 5 Star + you would stay in, restaurant offered a good meal and lots of local wines at very reasonable prices! Could not recommend this place any more highly - just book it, you won’t regret it!!!"
