Room was great, staff was great, breakfast was phenomenal! The best free hotel breakfast I’ve had! Location was also great. However The spa/pool was free, but lacking. No hot tub, which would have been nice after a long hike. It had a small bath sized whirlpool, but it was confusing to use and always full ;single person size.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Antares. The hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by the Dolomites, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered stunning mountain views. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations and any requests. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh, high-quality options, and everything throughout the hotel was well maintained. The combination of outstanding service, peaceful atmosphere, and incredible scenery made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend Hotel Antares to anyone visiting the Dolomites.

Disappointing customer service Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. We accidentally booked the wrong month and noticed the mistake within 24 hours. We immediately contacted Expedia and tried to work with the hotel to correct the dates, as we genuinely wanted to stay at the property. The hotel did not respond to our follow-up messages through Expedia, so we eventually had to reach out through WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the communication there demonstrated very little understanding or willingness to help. We completely understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but we were simply hoping for some consideration given that the mistake was caught almost immediately. Even a partial refund or alternative solution would have been appreciated. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and the overall customer service experience. We expected more willingness to work with us, especially since we were trying to find a solution rather than simply canceling. Policies are understandable, but good customer service also means communicating with guests and showing some empathy when an honest mistake occurs. Unfortunately, we did not feel that we received that here.

What a beautiful hotel! Everything about this place was excellent. The staff treated us amazingly, breakfast was delicious, we were close to Seceda and they had parking. I highly recommend this hotel.

An aswesome place to stay

Excellent location. The breakfast is much better than most paid options in other hotels. It was truly marvelous. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The cozy pool is perfect for families with children. When we departed, we even received a cup as a souvenir along with a promo code for our next visit. I highly recommend this place!
