「Location is excellent. My room has very good sea view. Breakfast is good. Unfortunately the shower is really bad. The hot water is very slow. You almost can't finish your bath if you require hot water.」

「The property was perfect. We had a unit just steps from the beach . Upon arrival we were provided with an ice cold beverage . The entire staff were hospitable and kind . I would highly suggest staying at Villa Zanic. We look forward to returning one day .」

「Staff members are all superb!! Everyone works here treats their guests as friends. Location is great, easy access to many spots by car. Room is very clean with a front row sea view. Not the most luxurious place i stayed in Croatia but certainly left with the most heartfelt experience :) 」

「Ótima opção em região central de Split, dentro do Palácio Deoclediano e fácil acesso para diversas opções de restaurante, lojas, sorveterias e etc. Hotel não possui elevador, mas nada que desabone. Café da manhã caprichado.」
