Fabulous room And exceptional on site staff ( Ivan). The location is unbeatable right outside the palace walls and next to market, cocktail bar and park at the end of the street. The outdoor market is just steps away also.

Great location. Owner waited for us to arrive after late night flight and was very helpful with checking in, dining recommendations and sites to see. Newly renovated room. Would recommend!

This is the best place to stay in Split. Perfect location to see everything in Split and catch a ferry to one of the islands. Tifani is an amazing host, very helpful. The rooms are new, very well done and comfortable. Stay here if you are going to Split.

Really helpful staff and they were easy to communicate with thru WhatsApp. Brand new built rooms with really luxury and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast in the hotel next door was great and you could not have a more historic view while eating breakfast. Location is perfect! Right at the silver gate to the old town, walking distance to the ferries and so much to see right outside the door.

Tifani was very helpful and prompt to respond to my texts. Room was spacious with good beds and lots of storage. Breakfast at nearby hotel was delicious! Conveniently located to the palace and Riva. A great place!

The room and bathroom were very clean, best shower/water pressure of our trip. Location was in the heart of town, yet quiet when the shutters/windows were closed. Beds were comfortable. The rooms are up a few flights of stairs so be prepared to carry luggage up. We enjoyed breakfast, especially the fresh bread and spreads at the nearby hotel.

Perfect location, modern feel, and kind host- highly recommend! She was able to accommodate a late check in and offer any help needed. Apartment is perfect for two people and beautifully renovated. The location can’t be beat! It is on the third floor with no elevator so not for people with difficulty walking up steps.

These are rooms in an apartment very near the ancient town. Location is excellent and very convenient. You are 300 feet from the ferries. We could literally see Diocletian's Palace from our room. The rooms are modern and clean, but this is not a hotel and there are no amenities. The “breakfast buffet” it’s just a choice of a few pre-selected menus served at a nearby hotel. Breakfast quality is average and meager. If you don’t need hotel amenities this is an excellent choice.
