Excellent facilities, all rooms sea view right next to the actual beach front less than (15meters). Staff all genuinely polite & helpful. Hotel via uber average 16mins travel into Central split town centre (cheaper than calling a direct taxi almost half the price. Optional bus service very cheap with bus top 5mins walkway. Highly recommended location of stay for both families and couples. Marina near by walking distance to bars, restaurants, local supermarket shop, coffee shop. Water sports hire facility on beach and near by excursions booking office less 10min walk away.

The hotel is great, clean, nice staff, nice beach but the surrounding area has a lot of traffic, so it takes a lot of time to arrive at and to leave the hotel throughout the day.

It was an absolutely beautiful stay. The beach front view and the beach were very nice. Overall the hotel service was superb and the staff kind and professional, willing to help at all times. The complimentary breakfast was also very good.

Superb!!!

Great hotel, perfect location, everything is so stylish. Rooms are perfect, good breakfast. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The rooftop pool is astonishing, great view and literally on the beach. Couldn't ask for more

A great boutique hotel located right on the beach that is within walking distance of a bunch of great bars and restaurants. The staff was amazing and the complimentary breakfast was a nice treat. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Split.

Pros. Great views and private beach on property. Cons. 20 euros per day for parking, having to pay for a day bed. Not much else to do in the area. Good place to stay for 1 night if you want a sunset or morning by the beach

The staff at hotel split are so friendly. They made us feel so at home. Everything was really well done at the hotel, but it’s the friendliness and professionalism of the staff that made it special. We will be back!

A super location, with its own private beach that was clean and safe. The staff were fantastic and really attentive for the whole trip. Its clear that some of the hotel has suffered from the effects of the pandemic and a loss of tourism but it is definitely a fantastic place for a week relaxing by the clear sea. Rooftop terrace food was also a really nice touch on our final evening and would reccomend a visit there if you stay.
