「We love the Broadmoor. This was our third time staying staying at the resort. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. We love the beautiful grounds, large and comfy rooms, and the historic charm & artwork throughout. We have have only visited the resort during the off peak season. We are able to get a more budget friendly stay, the grounds are still beautiful but I imagine during the spring & summer, they look amazing. 「Everything was fine except there was no bottled water or glassware in my room. I even asked if there was water in the room when I checked in in the evening. The main building was really nicely set up and the staff was super nice.」

「The place is a solid choice for the area for comfort and value, but a little dated. Also, there was some highway noise from our room. Breakfast was good with facier coffee machine than we usually see. The same news station was on 24/7 in the breakfast room.」

「Room did not appear to be cleaned correrctly prior to checkin. We found a half cuo of coffee on the window sill. A handicap chair for showering left in our small bathroom, We placed it outside of our door and it remained there for 2 days. On 2 occations when in the lobby wanting to buy from your convience center.there was no one on duty. A sign advided be back shortly. 」

「Clean, nice, good food, GREAT FREE BREAKFAST ( the best we’ve had at this price point). Friendly staff. Always asked if we wanted our room cleaned. The only complaint is the hot tub is not hot. We were told that it’s the hottest it’s allowed to be by law but I think staff failed to find out that while they had it set to that temp it wasn’t actually heating to that temp because it was cold. 「We stayed here for a couple of days. Great location. Just a few minutes away from Pike's Peak. Room was very spacious. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast. I only had a couple of issues. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed which allowed then floor to get wet. And the filters on AC were dirty. My husband was able to clean them up and it was fine after that. Overall we were very pleased. 」
