This was our second visit to the hotel within 3 months. We knew what to expect I guess. Good staff, decent workout facility, rooms are well kept (just starting to seem dated), elevator is a little wacky, breakfast is weak and needs work. Other than that good location to just about everywere you want to go in the springs. Idk if we will be back but, it worked for our visit.

We were there, stains on the floors. Then we were in the room and a spider was crawling on our bed. They did hopefully change the sheets and vacuumed. Breakfast was mediocre and coffee wasn’t even great had to leave the site to buy some

The rooms were large and comfortable. The whole hotel was clean, which is a rarity. I had a great nights sleep and enjoyed a good breakfast. The only thing I would change is closing the little open window between the desk and bed in the half wall. If one is working at the desk, the lamp light shines through the open window. We stuffed pillows in it so not to wake the other person. I would also get a desk reading light as opposed to a lamp that lights up the whole ceiling. Otherwise, thanks for a great stay and a clean, working gym too.

Front staff was great. Location was convenient with lots of dining options in a walkable area. Be aware there is a parking fee to have your car there. Other than that it was a good station stop.

All was good except two things, the curtains were not thick enough to keep out the light and they did not close all the way. Also, I made one trip to the car to load stuff and when I tried to get the last of it I was locked out. My card wouldn't work. It was 10:20 a.m. Annoying!

Our family had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, and waking up to breathtaking mountain views every morning was the highlight of our trip. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it was just a short drive to both Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak, making it an ideal home base for exploring Colorado Springs. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and having coffee available throughout the day was a nice bonus. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our family vacation and would absolutely stay here again!
