「Our room was immaculate. The staff very helpful and friendly. Parking was good. Good air conditioning .」

An attempt to call the front desk resulted in a connection to Windham call center, who were much more interested in selling me their Rewards program than helping with my problem. I tried several times, even the online local number, but only got the call center. Thank God it wasn’t a major emergency.」

「I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. 」

「This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. 」
