"I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy...

"Our problem was we had to go each night to get our key renewed when we returned to the hotel. They were aware we had a 3 night stay but did not key our room right from the start for 3 nights. It was annoying to have to go to the desk each night to get back into our room"
